Raquel de Castro Maia is an award-winning conservation journalist, photographer and videographer, and a TEDx speaker. She has worked in the field since 2009, shooting photography, video and drone footage of wildlife, landscapes and the people who experience them for reserves, lodges, magazines and conservation organisations across South Africa. A professional wildlife photographer, she also shares her safari and photography knowledge with guests, in English and conversational Portuguese.
